Godin Art Deco French stove fireplace with bio ethanol burner

  
This lovely classic French art deco stove, the Radiolette by Godin, is externally complete and looks really good, especially the olive green enamel. There is the normal wear and tear associated with age and use but this doesn't detract much from its look. Originally a coal or wood burner it has been totally dismantled and the rusty firebox discarded. The flue exit has been plated over and a housing made to accept a bio ethanol burner. There is no need for mica in the door window and it has been tested as you can see in the photos. The flames can be clearly seen and the heat is given off in all directions with no loss up a flue, 100% efficient. If you want to know more about bio ethanol fires please search the internet where you will find a lot more information. At the moment there are no regulations regarding these fires in the UK - unlike woodburners. With bio ethanol you do not need a chimney or flue, there is no smoke, no dirt, no ash. This one will come with a used 1.2 litre burner, 2 litres of fuel, an operating tool, and instructions. This is a very decorative, instant fireplace and will give a lovely ambience to almost any large, well ventilated room. It will not provide primary heating but will certainly take the chill off in the winter evenings.

Around 1 to 2kw can be expected for about 3 to 4 hours depending on adjustment of the opening of the burner. Approximate dimensions are 50cms wide, 65cms high, 38cms deep.

It's not suitable for use in anything that moves, e. It is heavy and help will be given to load it in your vehicle. I suggest you bring some cushioning to protect it during transport.
