Beautiful Antique French Stove Bio Ethanol Fire

  
This is a rare Rosiereres Model 300 stove, manufactured around 1925 and originally designed to burn wood. It was a unique stove, in as much that it originally contained a rotating firebox; its "drum" could be rotated to agitate the fire and remove its ashes. This was achieved by turning the knob situated at the far end of the stove. The fire was regulated via a sliding vent at one end and rotating regulator on the door. Because of its unique design, this wood burner also had a removable ash tray, which extracted from the front of the stove.

The small tray seen on the front of the stove acted as an ash catcher to catch any stray ashes. The drum has now been removed to accomodate the new bioethanol burner. With its new stainless steel bio ethanol burner the stove does not require a chimney or flue. The stove is 100% efficient; no heat being lost via a flue or chimney.

The adjustable burner is easy to access and refill. The stove is fitted with a modified firebox , suitable for bioethanol use. The stove can be sited in any room, remembering that like all stoves it will get very hot! One litre of bio ethanol fuel, gas lighter, adjustable burner and instructions will be supplied with the stove.
